Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Momly ships orders from its applicable fulfillment locations depending on the customer's destination and product availability.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or other external events.

Additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may request an eligible return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Returned products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition, with their original tags and packaging.

Proof of purchase or order information may be required.

Underwear

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged, subject to any mandatory rights that may apply under the laws applicable to the customer's purchase.

Other items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery may also be ineligible for return.

Customers should not send products back before contacting Momly and receiving return instructions.

Unless an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer rights, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from an error by Momly.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
